I saved this post, as I LOVED the poem on being afraid to write. Some hard hitters and some cheekiness all together resulted in a beautiful piece of art.

These poems are wonderfull. I really liked Why I'm Afraid To Write. Some very great finds in that one.

The whole sky is yours to write on is of extraordinary beauty.

Both of these poems are luminescent with your choice of words. Love them both and you advice about writing everyday to see what comes up! Thanks!

Oh man, you got some good ones in Why I’m Afraid to Write. Sanskrit and Henry the Eighth were my favorites. Ha!

Writing daily . . . that is the hard part for me. So many reasons not to . . . thank you for reminding me why I need to.

For me, the hardest part (every day!) is starting. Sometimes I can trick myself into it by saying "Okay, fifteen minutes, then you can stop if you want."

I remember asking you if you were writing poems during Covid….and it was writing itself with and without you.

Love both of these: Your whimsical spirit and upbeat gaze
